Shipping policy

Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days.

United States: Orders within the United States take 5-10 business days to arrive depending on your location in the US.

Europe: Delivery can take anywhere from 6-12 business days depending on your location. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. Please note that the tracking information doesn't always update during this phase but fear not, it is still in transit!

Canada, Australia, New Zealand: Delivery can take anywhere from 6-14 business days (including handling time) depending on your location. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand: Delivery can take anywhere from 6-14 business days (including handling time) depending on your location. We ship all international orders as parcel post which makes it possible to trace the parcel. We carefully pack goods in protective envelopes or boxes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number. At anytime you can view your order and check the shipping status. 

Taxes & Duties

Please Note - When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges, if any, are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Customs fees are not charged by or paid to us, so this is something we can't predict and is outside of our control.
